Terms and Conditions

Gratuities

  • Gratuities for tasting rooms and the driver are not included.

General Pickup Requirements

  • Approach the vehicle and signal the driver when you arrive. Drivers do not leave the shuttle.

  • Guests must be ready for pickup 5–10 minutes before the scheduled window.

  • Please allow up to 15 minutes after your call to the office for pickup, accounting for traffic and additional stops.

  • Submit special pickup location requests by telephone; they are subject to approval.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or during the activity are nonrefundable.

Trip Duration

  • Wine‑tasting trips have a maximum round‑trip duration of seven (7) hours.

  • If the trip exceeds seven hours due to delays or actions attributable to the participating group, additional hourly charges will apply, including taxes and processing fees.

Inclusions

  • “All‑inclusive” applies only to lunch and tasting fees for guests physically aboard the shuttle at departure.

  • Guests must be present when the meal or tasting is provided to receive the included benefit.

  • We will not offer credit, reimbursement, substitution, or to‑go options for guests who are not present.

  • Upgrades or substitutions are not included and may incur additional charges.

Guest Eligibility & Participation

  • Only guests aboard the shuttle at departure may remain on the shuttle for the full trip.

  • Guests who fail to board at the initial departure or do not reboard between scheduled stops forfeit the remainder of the trip.

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

Departure, Pickup & Scheduling

  • Departure times and total trip duration vary based on the specific trip, pickup location, traffic conditions, and group dynamics.

  • Guests must be at the designated pickup location no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Allow up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time before contacting the office.

Fuel Charge

  • A $100 fuel charge per group may be applied if the average driving time to the first stop exceeds one (1) hour under normal traffic conditions and assuming a clear route.
