Terms and Conditions

  1. Trip Duration
    Wine-tasting trips are scheduled for a maximum round-trip duration of seven (7) hours. Should the trip duration exceed seven (7) hours due to delays or actions attributable to the participating group, additional hourly charges, including applicable taxes and processing fees, will be assessed.

  2. Inclusions
    All-inclusive means that lunch and tasting fees are included only for guests aboard the Shuttle at the time of departure. Each guest must be physically present when the meal or tasting is provided to receive the included benefit. No credit, reimbursement, or substitution will be offered for guests who are not present. Additional charges for upgrades or substitutions are not included.

  3. Guest Eligibility and Participation
    Only guests who are aboard the Shuttle at departure are permitted to remain on the Shuttle for the entirety of the trip. Guests who fail to board at the initial departure or who do not re-board the Shuttle between scheduled stops shall forfeit participation in the remainder of the trip. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

  4. Departure, Pickup, and Scheduling
    Departure times and total trip duration depend on the specific trip booked and may vary based on pickup location, traffic conditions, and group dynamics. Guests are required to be present at the designated pickup location no later than ten (10) minutes before the scheduled pickup time. They must allow up to fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled pickup time for traffic or additional pickups before contacting the office. Special pickup location requests must be submitted by telephone and are subject to approval.

  5. Fuel Charge
    A fuel charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per group may be applied if the average driving time to the first stop exceeds one (1) hour under normal traffic conditions and assuming a clear route.

  6. ​Full refund if service is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up. Unrefundable if customer cancels within 24 hours of pick up or during the activity.
