Julio Ortiz

Born and raised in Havana, Cuba.  He came to the United States at 24 years old and started working in the restaurant industry.  His sandwich shop featured the Cuban sandwich, his most popular item.   Encouragement from his friends and clientele motivated him to turn  his Twisted Café into a full service restaurant with many recipes handed down from his mother.
